Cooperative Housing Society laws of the flat owner type in India is a very large & popular issue in which many have queries. Can your org create a web page/ header state wise after login to post a query . In fact 'Post a Query' column should be available after LOG IN for all matters.

hello. . .
The lift in my societys building is giving problems from a long time now. But today I was personally affected as my 8 year old sister got stuck in the lift. I want to know whether there is any action which I can take against the society for this. We pay the maintainance regularly.
