I am from Dadar, Mumbai. In AGM, our society has passed aresolution that "Society will do the repair work only if leakage is from terrace due to rain water. If the leakage is from external wall due to rain water then concern member has to do the repair work at his cost." Is it a legaly valid resolution as per society bylaws? Please guide.
