Dear Sir's,
I am a resident of a C-operative society in Mumbai Maharashtra I have the following questions.
1) Managing Committee is 4 year old, there is Infighting among Committee members, can we call for elections if so when ?
2) Can we Co-opt new members in the Committe we have already Co-opted a member in current Committe.
3) What is the role of a Co-opt Member.

you can put forth your suggestion for election. every one have right to apply for the post and role is you need to do all duties for the welfare of the society
