Whether society is compelled to admit person nominated by deceased member as member of the society inspite of objection taking by other heirs not to admit him member.

Yes. There are several such cases. The facility of nomination is actually to help in these kind of disputes. When there is a duly registered nomination/will then society is discharged from its liability as soon as it admits nominee as member as per wishes of the deceased. It is another matter that other legal heirs can still contest for their rights in proper court for succession. On basis of decree of court alone can society transfer to rightful owner. Till then nominee is a mere trustee but has to be admitted as member. Society has no alternative in my opinion. Objections from other legal heirs is to be made before courts and not society.
