Copy gazette publication

 I had got an affidavit made copy of which alongwith copy of paper cuttingsavailable with me for correction in my name while making a new passport  in pune  in 2010 which was accepted and the correct name is reflected  in the passport. But i did not collect the copy of gazette publication which is required now . How can i get a copy of the gazette publication now? Request guide me with respect to procedure and the documents required,
