Copy of orders

Dear Experts,

I want to retrieve order copies of the below from Madras High court Record keeping section.

WP No: 1561/82 dated 10/9/86
ASN No: 508/1975 dated 24/7/79

As the orders are dated back to 1979 and 1986, is it possible to get the copies? . If so, whom do i approach in Madras high court. What is the process. How many days it will take to get the copies?

Another confusing aspect is, in Mandras high court, there cases under Madras High Court and also under Madurai Bench. I am not sure these orders fall under which one. How can i figure out?

Please advise.

Hi Sir,

Petitioner name is Ramanathan. I searched in various links of Madras High court website to retreive case number using Petitioner name, but system did not return the relavant data.

I urgently need the copy. Any help is appreciated.

Search in Bar Association of Madras and entrust this work to any Advocate and use professional help in getting the same. You may have to pay some extra amount than the actual copying fees, but it is worth as you can certainly get the documents required by you. Also search in google for those addresses of Advocates.
