Dear Experts,
I am the owner of an independent house property at Salem, Tamilnadu. I bought this house through HDFC Housing Loan in the year 2003 and pre-closed in the year 2009. Got N.O.C and all original property documents from Bank.
However, at the time of buying this property, I have not noticed the Salem Corporation's Seal on the layout drawing. Now, if I apply for any loans in the banks including HDFC, they are insisting to have the Salem Corporation's Seal on the layout drawing and refusing to sanction loan. House Tax, Water Tax, Electricity, etc. are all on my name and paid up-to-date. Presently, I have rented it out. Only Ground Floor. I have not made any further construction. My questions are:
1. Is this my house property considered as "Unapproved"?
2. How to reinstate the Salem Corporation's Seal on my layout drawing? What is the procedure? To whom I should contact? How long this will take?
Expert's advise is solicited.
