Hi friends,
I had submitted a complaint to consumer forum. In the complaint, i had mentioned one of the dates wrongly in the content. Now its in the affidavid stage. I am suuposed to file an affidavid next week. In the affidavid I have mentioned that the date mentioned in the complaint letter is wrong.
My question is do I need to apologize to the committee in the affidavid or just sufficient to mention that there was an error and I am correcting the error in this affidavid.
Please let me know since I am not a lawyer and I have not any lawyer to fight for me.
