Dear Sir,
I purchased a flat and applied home loan in nationalized bank. And I mortagaged (Deposite of Title Deeds) my document to Bank. In mortagaged document Flat dimensions are incorrectly entered and built up area also incorrectly shown. But where as in my sale deed all the details are correct.
Is there any problem? and Can I change the modifications in mortage document?
