Corridors in apartments

Dear Sir,

I live in an apartment which has corridors measuring 5 ft. wide. We have kept few flower pots & one shoe rack near the entrance of our flat. There is a circular received from our association that we should not keep any materials like pots, shoe racks etc., in the corridor for safety reasons.

Would like to know if there are any guidelines for keeping things in the corridors of the apartment or should go by the bye-law framed for each apartment's associations.

Appreciate your response.

Regards,

Shekar

Shekhar...You have an aptitude for law...:-)

An registered association is itself a legal entity...They dont make laws, they make rules which are ancilliary to the objectives of the association...As long the rules are not arbitary, Abide them....
