Corrupt govt. officers

We are an association of tenants registered with the Charity Commissioner, Mumbai and pitted against land mafia who have fraudulently took over the tenanted building from the trustees og Bhagwandas Todi Charitable Trusts at a cheaper cost then what we the tenants were willing to offer. Our complaint to all including PMO is not being looked in to by the corrupt Govt. of Maharashtra and its officers. A letter from PMO (attached) is a big joke on the tenants as for the Ch. Secretary it is below his dignity to take it seriously.

Pl. help if you can ?

enclosure is acknowledgement of complaint received from PM Office.  This carries no meaning.

So it is the the landowner who sold the land what is your problem? Did you offer a better price? whether your offer was acceted?

Tenants will be given first preference if they willing to buy at market price.

Mr. Sudhir Kumar, It easy to laughaway when you are not the victim of thugs in govt. dept. As for your query a) We have the documentary proof of price at which the trustees sold the building in 2006 and the higher price we had offered in the year 2000. We even took up the matter with Charity Commissioner who was evasive and hand in glove with the new owners.

You being the govt. officer is lucky that you are not tenant of a public trust building but you need to be to know and undestand the agony and hardship of we tenants who are now without light and power since 26.6.2013. BMC is bribed by the new owners and want to throw out tenants by hook or crook .

Howmany such thugs and crooks you have come accross in your life?

first of all be clear that this itself is a charitable forum.  We are using our own private electricity, net charges and precious time for your sake.

We are giving advise in charity and you have no right to be sarcastic.  Everyone who seeks advise here is frustrated due to somethng or other which he suffers (rightly or worngly). That doe snot justify insulting experts that too when facts are disclosed on instalement basis.  It is only now you told that "we tenants who are now without light and power since 26.6.2013"

In such an emergent situation what help do you think you shall get by complaint to PM office, which will take months to reach the concerned office through state Govt.

Have you met any local lawyer on this issue.

You are disclosing now that the building was sold in 2006.

Have you challnaged the sale in any court, if so what is the status of that case.

You have not described as to how you are cheated?

what are provisions of trust deed and how powers of trustees are elaborated there?

We did spend lacs of rupees on lawyers who turned out to be greedy and just turn coats. While we paid them they worked for the interest of resourceful  land mafia / land lords. Hope this does not come as a surprise to you because there exist black sheeps in all profession. One lawyer who happens to be ex. professor of Govt. Law Collage simply fleeced us by filing only one petition against two for which he collected the fee and did not attend the court at critical stage of matter leading to rejection of the contempt petition against BMC.

We know that the king of scams in his true colors but still wrote to him and you see the how the concerned officer treated the letter as if it has come from a peon. So much so for Indian Democracy in the hands of thugs and corrupt. So you see you are very lucky as you did not have face what we 30 families of tenants are facing.

this is advisory forum and having nomandate to change the system.

this forum also has no mandateto take action against erring lawyers.  Report matter to bar council.
