Respected lawyers i need your expert advice on my property issue.
i bought a small land (45-55 feet) by one of the mechanic who has an house in this land with muncipality number and other amenities. after 10 years another fellow came and argued that the land belongs to him. then he showed me the pahani patrike record of rights in which his name was written. it was with collusion of tahsildar and his office member who transferred this into his name after taking bribe. Now tahsildar was caught doing similar activities in different places and was suspended from his duties by the regional commissioner.
my question is that why should i suffer because of some body elses mistakes.
how can i reverese the decision made by the tahsildar.
