Ive booked the flat in mysore for 20 laks and the builder suggest that only for 12 lak(govt value) he would register and as ive to go for hosuing loan , he told that he would put the 5 lakhs as amenities separately in the construction agreement itself. Is this valid ? or i should enter amenities agreeement separetely? DO you have any format for amenties agreement which is legally valid. Can we enter gym as amenties .Thanks . Manoj
