I am interested in filling a series of Counter cases against the ppl who were responsible in filling 498a against me and my family.
I would like to file them at Madras High court. Since I am looking at filling atleast 5 cases, I am looking for some junior lawyer who would be fine with filling each case at 2K and handling it.
I have some judgments that can be used in filling these cases.
I am not looking to win every case. But I want to show these 498aers how challenging in Indian judiciary and I would like to help my in-laws understand how difficult it is to come to court and attend the sessions. Unnecessarily my wife's side have dragged me and my parents into this criminal case, I want to teach them a lesson. I am fighting to teach a lesson to misusers.
