Counter vs Written statement

it may be academic query. I'm facing crpc 125 and filed counter. is any need to file WS and time limit to file WS. is WS is to be filed in civil CASES.only

Your ws will include preliminary objections....which is in counter. Consult a local prudent lawyer

i think counter can be filed in civil cases only. you have to file a separate complaint
