Country club membership purchase

Hi,

Recently I joined Country vacations and Country Club membership (by paying Rs.75000), They gave me an agreement (on Government of Karnataka, Registration and Stamps Department, 2 rupees stamp paper). In this document they didn’t mention all the features that I should get from their club.

After that I saw many negative reviews about CCIL online, so I asked them to give written document about the features they offered on their letter head.

My doubts are:

1.      Agreement paper is on Rs.2 (two) stamp paper, is this enough for Rs.75000 payment?

2.      If I get written/printed doc on their letter head with all the features I am available, will this be enough to proceed @consumer court if I am not happy ith their services.

3.      They didn’t give me any Cash bills, but I have consumer slip (which I get when I scratch my credit card, merchant is Country club) .Will this be enough or do I need Cash Bill?

4.      Do I need to ask any other papers/docs as proof for the features they should be providing?
