I need some advice here...
I have taken membership from CV in the month of Feb 2014. I have realized that the Sales Manager and Sales person cheated me by giving all false commitments. What ever is said, is not in the documents given...
After following with them for contineously for 3 months, they are not responding... It is clear that I am being cheated...
Can I file a case against them? if so, please let me know the procedures.
Even they have committed me to get my money back.. I have email proof and SMS proof from them
