Hon'ble Members,
I am going to file a civil suit for Specific Performance of an unregistered agreement in a city civil court mumbai. My client has granted a loan of Rs.4,18,756/ to one of his relative. When my client's relative failed to repay the money to my client he and my client got into an agreement stating that since relative of client can't repay the amount he, by his own will granting a posession of certain property to my client. In other words that relative declared in an agreement that he sold out the property to my client. now, it seems that relative has changed up his mind and now completely ignored the provisions of an agreement in which he entered by his own free will and desire. therefore, my client is going to sue that person by filing a case against him for the specific performance of an agreement. I request all of you learned members of this forum to help me to calculate the exact court fees to be paid at city civil court, Bombay while filing a suit.
