Court fees for civil suit

Hi Sir, I have sent legal notice for recovery amount Rs.7,50,000 but no reply from opposite party. Now I want to file civil suit on opposite party. Please advise how much court fees I have to pay for Rs.7,50,000 ? When I have to pay at the time of filing civil suit ?or after reciving the amount. Please advsie. Thanks for ur time.

Spell as to how, you are eligible and entitled to recover this amounts. Do you have any acknowledgement for the debt? Do you have any collateral security? Do you hold cheque for this debt? These question will help you to have correct opinion. Fees is state subject, so share which state you wish to file suit.
