Court order against in laws

Can U elaborate what kind of an order it is?

My friend X and his brother stayed 2 separate rooms in parental house in slum where there was common source of water, toilet to all chawll members. Electricty was from outside paying them on consumption bassis.In 2007 father gifted the house in elder brother name.Elder brother got his separate electric meter, toilet build inside his premises.

Elder brother permitted the younger brother other 3 years  but when after 3 years Elder brother asked them to vacate, younger brother agreed but her wife did not. She filed DV case against her husband, Elder brother and his wife and not ready to move out with her husband nor allowing him to stay with her.

In 2014 she disconnected the electirc supply she had been using from outside and allged that elder brother has disconnected her electricty, toilet and water from home,

One day in absence of Respondent and his advocates she got an order to restore electricty showing the reason of emergencyy and fundamental right.

Now her husband is ready to restore her electricity from outside but she says that she will take electricty from elder brother connection only. Only to harass them.

Elder bro has filed civil suit also to get her vacated but no order yet.

Elder brother is not ready to provide connection from his meter as then she will press to share toilet and water also that will make their life miserable.

Younger brother has given submission to court that he is ready to provide her alternate accomodation and maintenance but she is refusing.

What should Elder brother do now ???
