My wife's DV case is in Panvel Court and I am an NRI living outside India. I have given written application, argument or reply to my lawyer. I am not sure if the lawyer has submitted argument/reply in the court. Everytime he says that he will get the papers tomorrow or next week. I would like to know if anyone can help me in checking what all exhibits are on my case file in Panvel Court. Can anyone help me with it?

You may find some other additional / alternative lawyer if you have lost faith in your lawyer.
However, you may attend the proceeding virtually as well.
