Court weeding in punjab for a french boy with punjabi woman

Namaste, Sasrikal,

I'm french boy of 36 years old and this july i will have a wedding in punjab with a indian girl.

I take all the information about the procedure with the french ambassy of Delhi but i'm looking for information about the court wedding.

We plan to have the religious wedding the 27th of july and the court wedding the 26th. it's possible ?

how many witness we need ? and my witness need to be french ?

The girl is living in kharar / achharwal (close to mahalpur), where will be the court wedding ?

i imagine we need to fill form : where can we find this form and how many days before we need to fill it ?

Make sure you make (two copies of) a list of gifts given to you by the bride and her famly, and the gifts given to the bride by you, by her family, and by guests. Get the list signed by four young witnesses. DO NOT permit the bride to receive gifts worth more than one lakh rupees from all sources, including jewellery from her family. DO NOT allow the bride's family to give you gifts worth more than one lakh rupees total. DO NOT give to the bride (or allow the bride to receive from any source) any jewellery whose cost cannot be proved, or whose cost is more than one lakh rupees total.

To be even safer, do not allow them to spend more than one lakh rupees on the wedding ceremonies, or pay a fifty percent share in all hosting costs, and get this fact recorded (or pay by cheque).

If in the future you want to give a gift to your wife, give it outside the territory of India.

These measures will save you from possible future legal harassment and possible time spent in police custody or in jail.

Otherwise... Felicitation pour la marriage avec la fille indienne.. Mais Vous devez faire attention car ici en inde il y aura bcp de problem si la fille vous mettez en court...

si vous avez bcp de confiance a son fiance pas grave mais etre en courant..
