Dear Learned Counsel,
I filed the following defamation case (attached) against the publisher of two leading Tamil dailies under Section 80 CPC; which alleges that I kidnapped my own son and I attacked my sister-in-law in the process.
Is this the right section ? ; please advice.
My wife is not even in this country and is away on employment
These facts are untrue and very different from the actual complaint and FIR itself.
