I was able to get summoning order from the court of JMIC, Chandigarh against the Preseident, Secretary and Cashier of the WWRWS, who had cheated me by taking an advance of Rs. 1 Lac allotting me a plot and never gave me the physical possession against the balance payment of Rs. 5 Lacs. The President and Secretary got themselves balied on May 2010, but later on filed a Criminal revisison Petition before the Additional Sessions Judge, Chandigarh, on 28th October 2010 u/s 397. Will someone guide me, if the Cr R A mantainable as the same has been filed after 90 days from the date of their coming to know of the summoning order from the lower court.
