creating 3rd party interest/ renting of mutual property

Hello Lawyers, How can i stop my brother renting out a mutual property as father died without any will and now my brother trying to rent out the floor occupied by him Thanks

Hello Raj!

You need to file Partition Suit and claim your share in the property. Furthermore, if the property is rented out than you equal share share in the rental income and the Security Deposit received from the licensee.
