Creative revenge

Dear friends,

In a message I wrote: "A litigation has ruined me, I have to ruin the litigation."

A friend has taken it as an individual case of mine. But, I am not confined to a particular case. Even I am not confined to legal process. Here I want to give a slogan  that may be inspiring for people who have realised the idiom that going to law is lossing the cow for the sake of a cat :

"The litigation has ruined you , you should ruin the litigation" (Tumko mukadme ne maara, is mukadme ko maar daalo ! )

Respected Sir,

What I could make out from your post is "LITIGATION MANAGEMENT" is the essence of personal well being and happiness.   Every case has its natural life and both pros and cons whoever manages the show goes back happy, contended and satisfied.

The point I am trying to make is that being professional every body should learn to take the things objectively to learn and grow instead of taking things to the heart.

Last but not least as it is said the Laws are nothing but the prevailing norms in the society as such again I reiterate it's not litigation which can ruin us but the norms of the society (might is right syndrome).   I am deeply touched and humbled by honour conferred to me by your good self (by your addressing me as friend).  God bless.

Warm Personal Regards

Daksh
