Dear Members,
One of my known person, has some dispute with ICICI bank on his Credit Card Since 2008, He had requested them to cancel the card, they have comfirmed that the card wasw canceled but actually it was not cancelled, he thought that ICICI has accepted said dispute and allowed him to use card further, but never removed disputed amount from outstanding and it went on accumulating thill now. Suddenly ICICI has blocked his Saving Bank account and freezed credit balance available in that towards CC O/s without any information to this man.
He has been requeting ICICI from the begaining to settle ths issue bu there was no response from ICICI.
Request you to advise whether he can fight legaly againt ICICI or not.
If required he can provide more information on the subject.
