Yes it very much will. But make sure you allege and prove that the said documents were entrusted by you to her for keeping them safely. Thereafter she is not returning the same despite demands. This will fulfil the necessary Ingredients

Can U give the status of Ur divorce and her RCR?

Both are in enquiry stage. Joint trial.

You may as well approach BOARD which gave you those certificates asking for duplicates of it.  Cheap and best method.

 

Proving that you gave it to her or you left it in her custody, she telling she does not have, you telling she has it, you proving that she has it is all such a waste of time and money.  Let the court proceedings take its own time, but if you are in urgency to have those certificates and documents, you can get duplicate copies of it.

 

Anyways it is better to take MCD and part ways instead of wasting time in court halls which none of the above so called experts have suggested.

What is she going to do with UR academic certificates? Reasons mentioned in her RCR? Cruelty by wife means U have to come out with detailed facts?

Then apply for duplicate marks cards, go in for live in relationship if you want to or simply go settle near himalayas, she will roam court till she can, one day come down and see how things are, all would have been settled.  Time and tide wait ofr none.  All the best travelling towards north.

It is better you lodge a police complaint for misplacement of your certificate stating that your wife may be having its possession and deleberatly denying it.

Police may have search warrent for it and find it out from the place where your wife is residing right now. If it happens inyour favour you will get a good pleading for this in your divorce case.
