Summon issued by court but not properly delivered. Summon refused like that managed with local police n send back to court. Another case summon not delivered in some office visitors they delivered n got his signature.but both summons not signed by the respondent. Now case evidence stage. How can proceed further. I am the respondent in both case. Whether can I got higher court can get remedy.
