Criminal case after annulment of marriage

Can the judgement of a annulment case (family court) be used in a

criminal case ?

The judgement goes...there was no ceremonies performed under hindu

marriage act and the marriage was falsely registered by my FIL.

The judgement also states that FIL had kept me in darkness of all the

paper work for marriage certificate and his daughter

(my fiance) treated me as a servent in UK. Kept my salary and threw me out.

my FIL had accepted all these allegations in court and the judge ordered

annulity of marriage along with the above write as judgement.

While the family court case was in progress, he also filed false dowry case

with women police. Can this be taken as defamation ?

Since he made an admission to all the charges in family court, Can the same charges be used

in criminal court.

I have heard that a man cannot be tried on the same charges twice. But, I

have also been told about the right in persona and right in rem concept.

Can someone tell me what are my options ?

you can take the judgement as another evidence and submit in the criminal case through your lawyer with petition and request the court to dismiss the criminal case stating all the facts about the judgement
