Normally in police stations, very irrelevant, weak sections of CrPC, IPC are used in the FIR which defeat the ultimate purpose of victims as FIR remains same upto supreme court level.

Is there any provision in the constitution for deputing criminal expert for taking responsibility of relevant sections of CrPC, IPC as matriculate SHO can not be expected to use relevant sections of CrPC, IPC each having more than 500 sections.

Is there any directions by the supreme court to depute criminal experts at police stations for taking responsibility of relevant sections of CrPC, IPC.
