Criminal case was filed in trial court which was rejected as the events mentioned in the case were not under the jurisdiction of that court. So court dismissed saying the case cannot be tried in this court as the events in the case have happened outside the jurisdiction of that court. Now the same party has filled a criminal revision in session court. What do I need to do now ? Is there something I need to do before attending the first date ?

Raise preliminary objection in your reply to the revision petition in regards to tenability of the revision as the jurisdiction lies with the other court.
