Divorce proceedings with wife at family court. In DV interim orders, she denied residential rights in my father's self-acquired property. Still she managed to bribe the cops & comitted house break (father was residing alone at home). He got scared d/t her act & removed himself from that house. Reported Police -> No help!
Filed petition at court, she stands summoned U/S 448, further proceedings due. Father still residing outside the house. Wants to evacuate her & live again peacefully in that house:
What is possible solution?
Whether disconnecting electricity/water supply will be of some help? Any pros/cons? What he can write safely in that application to concerned deptt, so that girl may not bounce back something upon him due to this?
