I have 2 questions, its a contested divorce case
1) Petitioner's evidence has started. There are 3-4 witness to be produced after PW1 (husband). What is the normal process............does PW1 deposes & oppsition crosses him & its repaeated for PW2 PW3 etc
OR
All winess from petitioner's side depose with their statements & opposition may opt for crossing them one by one after all PW are over?
2) What is "rebuttal", how / when its used in civil case?
