a cheque bounce case is filed against me. i have filed a cross case alleging forgery under section 467/471/120b ipc. magistrate has sent the case to police station under section 156(3) crpc. but police has not filed any chargesheet yet.
what steps should be taken so that cross cases will be heard following the process led down in nathi lal?
One more question, there is one judgment of supreme court wherein it is held that police cannot seize original cheques / promissory notes. Can anyone provide me that judgment?
