Wife filed for Divorce and claiming hefty alimony / maintenance by making false allegations and misusing women laws to cover her own wrong
Now at Interim maintenance stage will the Husband's lawyer get an opportunity to cross examine the wife as she has lied to court about her employment status and suppressing material facts which will affect the maintenance payout.
Also is the reverse also possible where the wife's lawyer will cross examine the husband............ or is the maintenance calculated on documents submitted without cross examination ???
