Cross examination of plaintiff

Please revert asap

The Plaintiff and witness admit to signing of the documents

However they state that the documents are signed by them in trust without reading the contents

these documents have been signed in front of the notary and entered in the notary register

Under which section can the Plaintiff / witness be held bound by the contents of the document.

thanks and regards

Once they admit signatures, they can not go back on contents unless they allege fraud, undue influence etc.,and burden of proof lies on the persons who signed to establish such unenforceable or void of such document.  If it is not established as void, the document is valid for all purposes.

Depends, what is that documents all about.? What is relationship between parties? What is the subject matter? What is health state of executant? Does document require registration?

It depends on the position the parties were wrt each other at the time of signing the documents.SPecific provisions of the contract act may be invoked.
