Cross examination of witnesses

Offcourse....It has to be asked on time....Ask for copy of affidavit/deposition and demand cross immediate...else demand that ...... whole deposition of witness is liable to be striked off!!!

Cross:-

Ask in what context it was meant for....?

Then Demolish from the perspectives of....relevancy....accuracy/reliability...credibility/bias...consistency ..........................................with respect to the context in the case?

Cross is the right how ever must be careful in making questions.

Unplanned questions in cross do more damage than any good.
