Crpc 125 appeal time line

Hello Sir/Madam,

Recently got judgement on CrPC 125 in lower court. I heard that 30 days is the time lime to appeal in high court. Would like to know when does the 30 days time limit start. Does it start from date of order or order copy received date?

It will start from the date of order but now a days due to lockdown their are some relief already given.

There is no bar on submission of online appeals and advocates can help you . The limitation period commences from date of taking the order, and for few days delay, the court may not object and can condone the delay.
