If wife gives baseless allegations and which can be proven wrong given a fair chance , still can wife refuse to stay together and ask for maintenance?
Few facts
Wife files false complaint just to extort money against me and my family. I am not economically strong but my family is ( no shared property all my father's self earned).
Does family court check the domestic violence has happened or not before agreeing with the reason of wife for not staying together?
