Crpc 125 maintenance

If some maintenance is ordered under CrPC 125 for wife and child, then whether is it possible to split the amount separately for wife and child so that wife can't snatch the money allocated for the child?

Answer: Court will order like X amount for wife and y for the child.

Is it required for the wife to give declaration before court every year that she has not married again? Whether the maintenance ceases if she resumes domestic relationship or marry again after taking divorce? How can one ensure whether she has married or not, but also still enjoying the maintenance???

Answer: She need not to give such declaration, you have to collect proof for the same.
