Crpc 91 in dv

Hi,

i am facing a DV case. Wife's side argument over for interim. have a new lawyer who filed CrPc 91 to get some details about her but her lawyer wants us to complete argument so that interim order can be passed.

does her lawyer have to answer the CrPc 91 query or the institute or department should?

what if the judge wants our argument before we get the information we receive?

if we are forced to do the argument it will be based on incomplete facts and the order which will be passed will definitely be based on inaccurate facts.

please advice what should our stand be?

regards

Dear double trouble,

Perhaps  you should examine the option of obtaining the same information by filing an RTI application. This will cost you only Rs 10 against whatever your lawyer is demanding.
