Cruel allegations from wife and family

I have a question here. -- Since the husband is recording the conversation he is certainly aware of it. That means he would intentionally not do something which he would do if there is no recording of statement.

Now can the court reject this audio as evidence since it was done with an intention to fight the case and create evidences in his favor?
