I got married on 26 dec 2013 and all together only for 5 months
we ware together,
in between she went to parental house in april for 2 months and worked as lecturer and stopped communication ,
hidden pregnancy from me for 2 months,
threatened me of false cases
hit and physical cruelty created i took treatment for more than 2 months
since march 2014 we did not consumated
Without listening to me she went home town in aug 2014 and stopped communications.
she use to tell she dont wann lead life with me, told bad things about me nd family
even though we stay separate and parents no more.
They made my life hell her mother is master planner
I suffered alot with cruelty by my wife nd her in laws.
same i discussed in this forum in the month of oct 2014
based on the suggestions by experts ,
i have consulted well known lawyer by the end of Nov 2014
and explained wat all happened nd how mentally i was disturbed and wat all my wife and in laws done.
I asked lawyer to send legal notice based on cruelty in the beginning of dec 2014 and he agreed
later on whenever i asked about notice copy he use to tell lies
almost for 1 and half month since dec.
now i come to know that he did not send notice all these days just he made us fool by telling that he has sent
notice by the end of dec2014 but still he has not received any reply. at the same time he was not ready to give the copy.
for god shake i heard at last on wed he has sent the legal notice.
My question is whom trust?
Simply he has wasted 2 months precious time of my life by telling lies.
should i continue with same lawyer to file case? or search someone else?
If again he delays all process than my whole life will be wasted.
Any expert lawyers in karnataka, or near by hubli?
