Curious on the new proposed property law

Talking about the new law which proposes to divide proerpty including
ancestral/heritable property
How can the Ancestral property be anyones?
First Grand father owns it and can pass it without will to parent.
It then becomes Parent's property and will include his own self earned property
Now Parent is at his will to give it to whoever he wants including sibling or
for an male :) orphanage for all they care. Even child or son cannot CLAIM any
share in that property leave alone the girl in case of a will.

Are there no parents in India who have not given their own self earned property to son but daughter? or orphanages or built schools and other sh*t?

Isnt this a vailotion of fundamental right?
