MY brother is bedridden due to an accident. He has 3 children and his wife left him with the children soon after the accident. It has been more than 2 years now. The wife refuses to let him talk or see the children unless my brother gives all his money and land over to her and the children. In the mean while the wife left India with out my brothers consent and refuses even telephone contact. What options does my brother have to get custody of the children or see them regularly? Could his wife renew the kids passport while abroad with out my brothers consent?
