Mr X is the owner of a commercial Truck and he used to drive the truck. One person (Mr A) had hired the truck for carrying earth(Soil). But while loading the earth on truck Forest Officer arrested Mr X & MR A & later on got Bail. Then only Mr X come to know that the earth/Soil belongs to Forest. Now The truck is seized by Forest . Kindly send me some case ref./ act/ law point so that we can release the Truck as Mr X knows nothing about the earth stolen by Mr A, he was just engaged in carrying the material.
