Date of birth difference in lc and dob certificate

Dear All,

My younger wants to apply for passport, He born in the year of 1990. But the date of birth is different in school leaving certificate/SSC certificate/PAN Card/Aadhra Card and Birth Certificate.

As per School Leaving Certificate/SSC Certificate it is 10-Dec-1990 and as per Birth Certificate it is 05-Dec-1990. So, as per new rule of Passoprt office, they ask for Birth Certificate and also the School Leaving Certificate/SSC Certificate. Please guide me that How he can get his passport in this condition.

birth certificate being more authentic file an affidavit duly made it saying that some error occured in school records as your father mih=ght have made some error.. passport authot=rities ould ask you get notarized and submit and accordingy do yr problem would be solved sir.
