Daughter married after 1994 karnataka

Dear sir,

Pls give some detail on father self earned property share for daughter, father passed away in 2007, property partitioned between son and father by way of partition deed in 8/10/2004, but daughters are not party of the partition. if daughters challege this partition what about the share of daughters, they are three daughter and one son, two daughter are married in 1982, 1991 and one daughter married in 20/10/1998 they are from state of Karnataka. Thank you

Father's self acquired property was shared between him and his son alone, which is legally valid.

The excluded daughters cannot claim any right over their father's self acquired property during his lifetime neither they can question the partition that  happened duing his lifetime

However the daughters can claim a share in the properties lying on their father's name after his death if he was reported to have died intestate .

In that situation, all the legal heirs of the deceased father are entitled to a legitimate share out of the properties left behind by him and not otherwise
