Daughter right on father property?

MY grandfather has 4 children. 1 males and 3 females. he expired in 2002 and grandmother expired in 1988. All 3 daughters got married they are settled. my grand father has not made any self self acquired property all are ancestral property. Now confirm is there any right of daughters on his property?

What is personal faith of deceased grandfather e.g; Hindu?

The property is in which state?

What is the nature; agricultural?

Hindu.. state Bihar, Land type agriculture.

Supreme Court sets 2005 cut-off on women right to ancestral property

The court said the father would have had to be alive on September 9, 2005, if the daughter were to become a co-sharer with her male siblings.

in my opinion each daughter will get 1/8 share and son will get 5/8 share.
